    Brand: Pernod Ricard Group

Taste: Honey Citrus Peel, Floral, Semi-Sweet

    Price Category: $

Lillet is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc wine with 15% of fruit liqueurs flavored with oranges and herbs.  Around 1985, the fortified wine was reformulated to reduce the quinine bitterness and balancing sweetness.  This allows the spirit to highlight its floral and citrus notes as well as dryness from the Sauvignon Blanc

  • Salt/Saline

Salt/Saline is a great flavor booster.  It can balance sweetness and bitterness, smoothing out a cocktail.  It can also enhance citrus flavor and acidity without the need for more acid.

A pinch of salt can be added to the cocktail, but for consistency, saline is easy to make and allows more control.

    To Make It:

2 oz (60mL) Distilled or Purified Water

1 Tbsp (15g) Fine Sea Salt

Combine in a jar and shake vigorously.  Once salt is dissolved, pour into a dropper bottle.

James Bond: Casino Royale

Casino Royale reintroduces James Bond as the ultimate modern gentleman, proving that a perfectly tailored tuxedo can be just as powerful as any secret weapon. Freshly promoted to 00 status, Bond races from glamorous resorts to glittering casinos, where high-stakes poker tables and even higher emotional stakes test his confidence and charm. At the center of the adventure is the elegant and intelligent Vesper Lynd, whose wit and sophistication make her far more than a typical romantic counterpart. Together they create a love story wrapped in couture, candlelight, and breathtaking destinations, reminding us that vulnerability can be the most alluring accessory of all. By the final scene, the film has transformed the world's most famous spy into a fashion icon with a broken heart, setting a new standard for style and romance.
